Description
LCP2, also known as lymphocyte cytosolic protein 2, is an intracellular docking protein with a single SH2 recognition domain. It is involved in T-cell antigen receptor mediated signaling. This protein is phosphorylated by ZAP70 leading to NF-AT and IL2 gene activation. Recombinant human LCP2 protein, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Lymphocyte cytosolic protein 2, LCP2, SLP-76, SLP76Concentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by absorbance at 280nm)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
