Description
HAVCR1 also known as Hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 1. The protein is a membrane receptor for both human hepatitis A virus (HHAV) and TIMD4. The protein may be involved in the moderation of asthma and allergic diseases. The reference genome represents an allele that retains a MTTVP amino acid segment that confers protection against atopy in HHAV seropositive individuals. Three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. Recombinant human HAVCR1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
Hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 1 homolog, Kidney injury molecule 1, KIM-1, T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 1, TIMD-1, T cell membrane protein 1, T-cell immunoglobulin mucin receptor 1, TIM-1, CD365Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
