Description
uQCRH belongs to the uQCRH/QCR6 family. This is a component of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex (complex III or cytochrome b-c1 complex), which is part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. This protein may mediate formation of the complex between cytochromes c and c1. Recombinant human uQCRH protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase hinge protein, Cytochrome b-c1 complex subunit 6 mitochondrial, Complex III subunit 6, Complex III subunit VIII, Cytochrome c1 non-heme 11 kDa protein, Mitochondrial hinge protein, Ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex 11 kDa protein, QCR6, UQCR8Concentration
0.5mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.15M NaCl, 20% glycerol, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
