Description
Modification of cellular proteins by ubiquitin is an essential regulatory mechanism controlled by the coordinated action of multiple ubiquitin-conjugating and deubiquitinating enzymes. uSP46 belongs to a large family of cysteine proteases that function as deubiquitinating enzymes. Recombinant human uSP46 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 46 isoform 1, Deubiquitinating enzyme 46, FLJ12552, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 46, ubiquitin thioesterase 46, ubiquitin-specific-processing protease 46Concentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by BRADFORD assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
