Description
ubiquitously-expressed transcript, also known as uXT, belongs to the uXT family. This protein functions as a cofactor that modulates androgen receptor-dependent transcription, and also plays a critical role in tumor necrosis factor-induced apoptosis. Expression of this gene may play a role in tumorigenesis. Recombinant human uXT protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
Protein uXT, ART-27, STAP1Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.4M urea, 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
