Description
Pgf, also known as placenta growth factor isoform 1, is abundant in trophoblastic giant cells associated with the parietal yolk sac at early stages of embryogenesis. The secretion of Pgf by trophoblastic giant cells is likely to be the signal which initiates and co-ordinates vascularization in the deciduum and placenta during early embryogenesis. Recombinant mouse Pgf, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Placenta growth factor isoform 1, AI854365, PIGF, Plgf, PgfConcentration
1mg/ml (determined by absorbance at 280nm)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) 0.1mM PMSF containing 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
