Description
Tpt1 also known as Translationally-controlled tumor protein. TPT1 is regulated at the translational level. This protein is involved in calcium binding and microtubule stabilization. It is an immunoglobulin E dependent histamine-releasing factor produced by lymphocytes of atopic children and present in biologic fluids of allergic patients. Recombinant mouse Tpt1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Translationally-controlled tumor protein, p21, p23, TCTP, Trt, Tumor protein, Translationally-controlled 1Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerol, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
