AC-BP8473c
Background:
SHIP1, SH2-containing inositol phosphatase 1, hydrolyzes phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-triphosphate to phosphatidylinositol-3,4-bisphosphate. SHIP1 is acytosolic phosphatase that affects calcium flux, cell survival, growth, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis mediated through the PI3K and Akt pathways. SHIP1is a negative regulator B lymphoid cell, myeloid cell, and mast cell activation.
Other Names:
Phosphatidylinositol 3,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase 1, Inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase of 145 kDa, SIP-145, SH2 domain-containing inositol 5'-phosphatase 1, SH2 domain-containing inositol phosphatase 1, SHIP-1, p150Ship, hp51CN, INPP5D, SHIP, SHIP1
Target/Specificity:
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP8473c was selected from the N-term region of human SHIP1. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Gene Name: INPP5D
Gene ID: 3635
Primary Accession: Q92835
Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
