Applications: Reacts to recombinant p28 SIV in FACS, ELISA, Immunoblotting (western, ECL)
Working Dilution: ELISA, starting dilution 1:100; Immunoblotting (western, ECL), starting dilution 1:100; Flow Cytometry, dilute further to a concentration of 0.2mg/ml, and use 1-2μl per 1x106 cells/20ul after fixation. Optimal dilution should be determined by serial dilution.
Storage: -20C (aliquot), avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles
