This endosomal protein regulates the cell-surfaceexpression of epidermal growth factor receptor. This protein alsohas a role in sorting protease-activated receptor-1 from earlyendosomes to lysosomes. This protein may form oligomeric complexeswith family members. This gene results in three transcript variantsencoding distinct isoforms.
