Background:
The signal sequence receptor (SSR) is a glycosylatedendoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane receptor associated withprotein translocation across the ER membrane. The SSR is comprisedof four membrane proteins/subunits: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. The first two are glycosylated subunits and the latter two arenon-glycosylated subunits. This gene encodes the gamma subunit, which is predicted to span the membrane four times. [provided byRefSeq].

Other Names:
Translocon-associated protein subunit gamma, TRAP-gamma, Signal sequence receptor subunit gamma, SSR-gamma, SSR3, TRAPG

Gene Name: SSR3

Gene ID: 6747
Primary Accession: Q9UNL2
Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
