STAT4 Antibody (C-term) Blocking peptide

Background:
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the STATfamily of transcription factors. In response to cytokines andgrowth factors, STAT family members are phosphorylated by thereceptor associated kinases, and then form homo- or heterodimersthat translocate to the cell nucleus where they act astranscription activators. This protein is essential for mediatingresponses to IL12 in lymphocytes, and regulating thedifferentiation of T helper cells.
