Protein Family: Transcription Factors
Pathway and Disease: Transcription, Signaling Molecules and Interaction, Signal Transduction
Description:
STAT6 (Signal transducer and activator of transcription 6) is involved in interleukin-3 (IL-3) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) signaling. STAT6 is translocated to the nucleus in response to IL-3 and IL-4–induced phosphorylation, and it subsequently interacts with transcriptional activators to induce transcription.
Alternate Names: STAT6, Signal transducer and activator of transduction 6, IL-4 Stat
Application Notes: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IF: 1:200-1:1000
Accession No.: P42226
Antigen: Purified recombinant fragment of human STAT6 expressed in E. coli.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 ml ascitic fluid with 0.03% sodium azide.
Storage:
Store at 4°C for short term use only. Store at -20°C for storage over 1 month. Product is guaranteed 6 months from the date of shipment.
