Background:
The segment polarity gene Fused (Fu) encodes a putative serine-threonine kinase Fu, which has been shown to play a key role in the Hedgehog signaling pathway of Drosophila. Human FU (hFU) has been shown to enhance the activity of Gli transcription factors, targets of the signaling pathway.
Alternative Name:
Serine/threonine-protein kinase 36, Fused homolog, STK36, KIAA1278
Application Dilution: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Specificity: STK36 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of STK36 protein.
Immunogen:
Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids380-430 of Human STK36.
MW: ~ 143 kDa
Swis Prot.: Q9NRP7
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Format:
1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.3.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
