VALIDATED ON BACTERIAL AND FUNGAL PATHOGENS
SwiftX™ Sepsis (RUO) performance validation was carried out using clinically relevant Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and fungal pathogens, including E. coli, K. pneumoniae, S. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, E. faecalis, and C. albicans.
Paired extraction and qPCR results demonstrated consistent detection across all tested species, confirming robust yield and reproducibility from µL to 10 mL whole-blood inputs.
With optimized qPCR assays, SwiftX™ Sepsis unlocks ultra high sensitivity by enabling extraction from 10mL and detection of below 10 cfu/mL of whole blood.
