AC-BP7645d
Background:
VGFR3 is a tyrosine kinase receptor for vascular endothelial growth factors C and D. This protein is thought to be involved in lymphangiogenesis and maintenance of the lymphatic endothelium. Mutations in the gene encoding this protein cause hereditary lymphedema type IA.
Other Names:
Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3, VEGFR-3, Fms-like tyrosine kinase 4, FLT-4, Tyrosine-protein kinase receptor FLT4, FLT4, VEGFR3
Target/Specificity:
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP7645d was selected from the region of human VGFR3. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Gene Name: FLT4
Gene ID: 2324
Primary Accession: P35916
Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
