Application:
Anti-BSA-Separopore® 4B is used for the purification of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and BSA-associated biomolecules or for removal of BSA from solutions. It is also used for immunoprecipitation and immunoaffinity purification of BSA from solutions. The red color makes it easy to track the pellet in immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation experiments.
Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.

Matrix: Separopore® 4B (agarose beads, 4 %)
Concentration: 25 mg Red Separopore® per mL of buffer
Particle size range: 52 – 165 µm

Matrix activation: Cyanogen bromide
