Background:
Zinc-finger proteins (ZNF) contain DNA-binding domains and have a wide variety of functions, most of which encompass some form of transcriptional activation or repression. The majority of zinc-finger proteins contain a Krüppel-type DNA binding domain and a KRAB domain, which is thought to interact with KAP1, thereby recruiting histone modifying proteins.
Alternative Name:
KRAB domain-containing protein 4, KRAB box domain-containing protein 4, KRBOX4, ZNF673
Application Dilution: WB: 1:500~1:2000
Specificity: ZNF673 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of ZNF673 protein.
Immunogen:
Recombinant full length Human ZNF673.
MW: ~ 20 kDa
Swis Prot.: Q5JUW0
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Format:
1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
