Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Protein C-ets-1(ETS1) detection. Tested with WB in Human;Mouse.Protein Name: Protein C-ets-1
Protein Function:
Transcription factor. Directly controls the expression of cytokine and chemokine genes in a wide variety of different cellular contexts. May control the differentiation, survival and proliferation of lymphoid cells. May also regulate angiogenesis through regulation of expression of genes controlling endothelial cell migration and invasion. .
Other Names: Protein C-ets-1, p54, ETS1, EWSR2
Subcellular Localization: Cytoplasm . Nucleus . Delocalizes from nucleus to cytoplasm when coexpressed with isoform Ets-1 p27. .
Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed within lymphoid cells. Isoforms c-ETS-1A and Ets-1 p27 are both detected in all fetal tissues tested, but vary with tissue type in adult tissues. None is detected in brain or kidney. .
Gene ID: 2113
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of human ETS1 (67-98aa KDPRQWTETHVRDWVMWAVNEFSLKGVDFQKF), identical to the related mouse and rat sequences.
Calculated MW: 50408
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 5mg BSA, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Concentration (mg/ml): Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Storage: At -20˚C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C for a longer time.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
